Sign Digitizing is a story of my passion, dedication, and a lifelong love for art and textiles. I’m Boopathy Thangavelu, Founder and Managing Director of Sign Digitizing Private Limited. My journey in this field began long before the company was born. Back in my school days, I discovered my passion for art as a young pencil artist. I explored art and photography as hobbies, spending countless hours nurturing this passion that connects deeply with my soul. Driven by this love for creativity, I pursued my graduation in both Textile Technology and Fashion Designing, building a strong foundation in how fabric and threads can be transformed into meaningful work. After graduating, I entered the embroidery industry, starting my career as an embroidery digitizer in 1997, Around the time when the first Windows-based embroidery digitizing software began gaining popularity in India. For years, I learned digitizing and embroidery from the best sources, working with overseas companies to gain valuable global exposure and developing an eye for the precision that high quality digitizing demands. In 2005, with a vision to solve the everyday challenges embroidery businesses faced, I founded Sign Digitizing. I wanted to create a company that combined my technical expertise, my love for art, and my commitment to quality, a place where every design, from a simple logo to the most complex artwork, would be handled with care, creativity, and perfection.
