1. Provide Clear Artwork
Why it matters?
Clean artwork produces clean sew-outs. High-quality source files reduce revisions and speed up turnaround.
What to send (submission spec)
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with text outlined
High-resolution PNG/JPEG (300+ dpi at final size).
Mock-up on the correct garment (optional but helpful)
Good (ready to digitize)
Vector files with outlined fonts.
High-resolution images.
Optional garment mock-ups.
Bad (workable with guidance)
Medium-resolution images or slightly distorted files
Acceptable if you specify exact changes (remove shadows, flatten gradients, etc.).
Ugly (we’ll fix/vectorize before digitizing)
Blurry screenshots, photos of printouts, sew-out photos, rough sketches.
